Co-op Academies Trust is very excited to have been selected by the DfE and Leeds City Council to open a new special free school for children with special educational needs aged 4-16 years old in Leeds.

Our new school will be on Cross Green Lane in LS9. This new school provides good off-road parking for both staff and local authority transport, allowing children to get to and from school safely.

It will also sit in a wider site that is being re-developed by Leeds City Council and will be buffered from traffic noise by additional community playing fields and retained mature trees.

Opening in September 2023, we will be based in a purpose built extension at Co-op Academy Nightingale for one year.
