Students got a close-up look at the fire engine, safety gear, and life-saving equipment used in emergencies. They also learnt about the role of firefighters, fire safety, and the importance of teamwork in high-pressure situations.

Physical activity is vital for both physical and mental well-being, and this session was a fantastic way to get our learners moving! Led by Lou, students took part in a high-energy fitness session in the sports hall, where they worked on strength, agility, and coordination. In addition to exercise, Lou shared valuable insights into healthy eating and lifestyle choices, helping our learners understand how to fuel their bodies for success.
